We check a coach’s government ID and a photo of them holding it. Verified says who they are; ratings say how good they are.

Pickleball coaches can add their Philippine Pickleball Academy certificate. The badge only appears once PHPA confirms it.

Each coach’s score comes from what they’ve done on ConnectCoach: ratings from students who played, sessions run, students who came back, and how rarely they cancel.

A coach accepts or declines each booking. Nobody lands on a schedule without a say.

Nothing is charged when you send a request. You pay once the coach approves, and cancelling is free until then.

Students can report a coach and coaches can report a student. It reaches our team, never the person it is about, and our team can suspend an account.
